Mayor Tullio and the Barbershop Proclamation

Mayor Louis Tullio presented a Proclamation from the City of Erie to the Erie Chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in American (SPEBSQA). Tullio proclaimed the month of April "Barbershop Harmony Month." The picture might have been taken in 1977. 

 Mayor Lou Tullio is the man in the black jacket. I will post the names of the other men when I discover who they are. (One of them might be George Lyons.)

    The fellow with the gray hair might be Elliot Smith. He was a longtime member of the Presque Isle Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America. He is now deceased. -John Ropelewski
